Paulownia is a two-room apartment of 40 square meters consisting of a large, comfortable living room, a double bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own small private garden with table, chairs, swing and barbecue.
In the living room there is a well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed ( for 2 children or 1 adult). In the bedroom a double bed with wrought iron headboard and a beautiful wardrobe decorated by hand.
