The apartment is on the ground floor so very comfortable for families with young children and for owners of pets.
It faces the large communal garden and pool.
In the front of the apartment there is a beautiful artistic table made in Umbria to have dinner or lunch at fresco.
In the living room a delightful well equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed. In the master bedroom a beautiful wrought iron bed in blue made by a Tuscan artisan.
The bathroom has a large shower.
