The farmhouse is open yearly.
The farm produces and sells wine, olive oil, jams, fruit syrups and dried fruit.
The farmhouse is at north of Perugia, just outside of the ancient medioeval walls. In this direction there are not outskirts, so you can go directly from the historic centre of Perugia to the country side. 
It is in a hilly position, very near to the main Umbrian localities (Gubbio 28km; Assisi and Spello 15km; Trasimeno Lake 20km; Todi and Orvieto, 45km)

Extra cleaning of the apartment € 30.
During Summer - (1/06-30/09) - rental is on weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday; check in 3..00pm to 8.00 pm; check out 10.00 a.m.
During other times of the year minimum stay is two nights.
